MG Real Estate Investment started as a family-run construction company in 1985. Through the 80’s and 90s, our main focus was buying, redeveloping and building new homes on the west side of Vancouver, primarily in the neighborhood of Shaughnessy & South Granville area. Additionally, in our portfolio we purchased, managed & sold a 30-unit apartment building in Ontario.

From 2000 to 2013 having completed BRRR style renovations on 5000+ doors. We specialized in renovating and rehabbing medium to large multi-family buildings averaging 30-100+ units that included, apartment buildings, townhouse complexes, senior retirement homes, and schools. The majority of the work was completed for the BC Housing Management Commission, GVRD Metro Vancouver Housing Corporation, Strata Corporations, Various Engineering Firms, REITs, and various school districts. Our passion and dedication for all things real estate & construction has only grown over the 35 years we have been investing and building in real estate across Canada.

20 years ago, Mike built his first multifamily property and since then has amazed over $12MM in assets – $5MM being acquired in the last 12 months. In 2020 Mike close on 4 deals that have a current value of over $5MM and growing. When Mike was 20 years old, he launched a contracting business where he builds multi-million-dollar custom homes, along with launching numerous development projects.

Mike is a national sought after leadership speaker and founder of Titanium Capital Investments (TCI) – a company that is partnering with investors to help people create freedom with real estate. After authoring 5 leadership books for college students Mike turned his attention and direction toward real estate and TCI was born.
